HELIXIPX collects only the information required to operate the forensic intelligence platform and to communicate with prospective and active customers. We do not sell personal data. We do not share investigative work product outside the requesting organization.

Data we process

• Account identifiers (email, organization, authentication metadata).
• Portfolio and investigation inputs supplied by the customer.
• Operational telemetry required to maintain platform integrity.

Retention

Investigative artifacts are retained for the lifetime of the engagement and purged on request in accordance with the engagement contract.
